Smt Rebecca Nayar, IFS, Director, biotechnology & Ex–officio Additional Secretary to Government , Science & Technology Department, Government of Orissa visited Biotech Park on 29th August, 2007 to see the facilities of Biotech Park and discuss the business plan specifically the common facilities and biotech incubator. The Orissa Department is setting up a Bio IT Park in Bhubaneshwar. Mrs Nayar said this Park has come up well and appreciated it facilities developed at this Park.
