Dr. P.K. Seth, an eminent biochemist and toxicologist was awarded the prestigious Dr. P.C. Ray Memorial Award by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India during the inaugural function of the Indian Science Congress held at Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on January 3, 2008.
