Scientist have created genetically modified chickens which lays eggs capable of producing drugs that fight cancer and other life threatening diseases. ISA Browns (common breed of hen) have capacity to produce complex medicinal proteins. These proteins are secreted in the whites of their eggs, from which they can be easily extracted to produce drugs.
