Califonia’s stem-cell institute financially not in a sound condition is about to get a $ 181 million infusion to keep it running till next year.The money includes a new $ 31 million loan from nine philanthropic groups and $ 150 million from Arnold Schwarzeneegger government which was previously announced .It would be a great help for the institute.
