Genzyme Corp.said that single dose of Synvisc is effective in osteoarthritis .The company enrolled 253 patients suffering from knees arthritis and injected them with Synvic dose, It is approved to be given three times at one week interval through injections.The company intends to use trials to show its effectiveness in treatment .
